Dennis Ryan collaborates with clients to reach favorable outcomes in the areas of bankruptcy, business reorganizations, distressed M&A and commercial finance. He represents clients before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in matters including Chapter 11 proceedings, complex intercreditor issues, fraud, guaranty litigation and lender liability claims.

Outside of bankruptcy, Dennis has assisted groups of insurance companies in restructuring their loans to a national entertainment management company based in Texas and an international leasing company based in Massachusetts. Dennis also has developed expertise in franchising issues while representing creditors and franchisors in the work-outs of dealership financing packages and franchise agreements. Dennis’ practice has had a particular emphasis on retailing in connection with his representation of Target Corporation, Holiday Companies and others. He frequently represents commercial lenders in work-out situations and foreclosures. In addition, Dennis advises credit managers on payment and collection matters.
