Ms. Joshi grew up in a small town in Tennessee, entrenched in the restaurant business.  Ms. Joshi graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2006 and then went on to earn her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and subsequent licenses in the States of Tennessee and California, as well as the U.S. District Courts of the Southern and Central Districts of California.

She represents clients with Bankruptcy: Consumer issues in California. She also represents clients with Bankruptcy: Business, Personal Injury – General: Plaintiff, Civil Litigation: Defense and Business / Corporate issues.

Ms. Joshi’s clients include individuals and businesses across a broad range of industries. Her experience in the legal and business world enables her to provide cost-effective, practical solutions that address a wide array of challenges.
